📝 Requirements & Qualifications

To maintain our high standards of care and excellence, successful candidates will possess:

  • Education: Completion of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units.

  • Experience: At least one year of professional experience in an ECE setting.

  • Curriculum & Technology: * The ability to learn and implement a pre-planned curriculum via Learning Beyond Paper, ensuring high-quality daily instruction while reducing prep time.

    • The ability to learn and utilize ProCare for essential classroom management, including digital attendance, real-time photo sharing, and professional parent communication.

    • The ability to learn and apply the Teaching Pyramid framework to support social-emotional competence and foster a positive, Christ-centered classroom environment.

  • Certification: Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

  • Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills and the ability to build professional, meaningful relationships with families and staff.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and maintain the physical activity levels required for active supervision and engagement with children.
